  1. From past experiences in my childhood the #1 advice I would give: try to spot and avoid parental competition. What happened is between you and your ex, not the kids. Always be respectful of your ex "no matter what and even if"(lol) because your kids LOVE both parents and putting them in the middle of this fight will only cause damage to the kids.
