2 HOURS AFTER BREAKFAST :

Have A Bowl Of Fruits

Pineapple / Papaya / Watermelon ( any 1 of them )

LUNCH : 1PM – 2 PM

( 2 Hard Boiled Eggs + 1 CUCUMBER + 1 Apple )

EVENING SNACKS :

3 Almonds and 3 Walnuts

DINNER : 8 PM – 9 PM

( 1 Bowl Egg Salad )

3 boiled eggs ( use only white parts )
Chopped Cucumber – 1

  2. Mohtarma sayad apko nhi pta bt lunch and Dinner ya kuch bhi khaao to uska 45 min. Tak water avoid krna chaaeya khana khana k sath kbhi pani nhi pena chaheya.. baaki kitna protein h carbs kitna h vo bhi details bata deti aap to jyada better hota..
